Welcome to JubaSquare. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website, marketplace, seller tools, ordering services, seller delivery features, and related services.
By using JubaSquare, creating an account, placing an order, or selling through the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use JubaSquare.
JubaSquare is an online marketplace that connects customers with verified local shops, restaurants, wholesalers, and service providers in Juba, South Sudan.
Products and services are normally sold by third-party sellers listed on the platform. JubaSquare provides marketplace technology, seller tools, order display, customer support, and communication support between customers and sellers.
JubaSquare is not the direct seller of products unless JubaSquare clearly states otherwise for a specific product or order.
To place orders or use certain features, customers may need to create an account.
Sellers must provide accurate business details and must only list products or services they are allowed to sell.
JubaSquare currently uses Cash on Delivery. Customers pay when the order is delivered, unless another payment method is clearly offered by JubaSquare or the seller.
When a customer places an order, the customer agrees to pay the product price, delivery fee, and any other charges shown at checkout or confirmed with the seller.
An order is not confirmed until it is accepted by the seller or JubaSquare. Prices, stock availability, promotions, and delivery fees may change.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the seller may cancel the item, offer a replacement, or contact the customer with an alternative option.
Customers should prepare the correct cash amount where possible. If the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, is unavailable, or provides incorrect delivery details, delivery fees may still apply.
Delivery is normally handled by the seller, shop, restaurant, wholesaler, or service provider responsible for the order, unless JubaSquare clearly states otherwise for a specific order.
JubaSquare may help display delivery information, delivery fees, seller delivery areas, order status, and communication between the customer and seller. However, the seller is normally responsible for preparing, dispatching, and delivering the order.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, product availability, seller preparation time, customer location, security conditions, customer availability, or other issues outside JubaSquare’s control.
Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Because JubaSquare is a marketplace, refund approval and refund payment are normally the responsibility of the seller. JubaSquare may help customers and sellers communicate and review complaints, but the seller is responsible for the final refund, replacement, or exchange unless JubaSquare directly sold the item or directly collected the payment.
Users must not use JubaSquare for any harmful, illegal, or abusive activity.
We work to keep JubaSquare available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
We may update, suspend, restrict, or place the platform under maintenance at any time.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, JubaSquare is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the platform, incorrect customer information, seller mistakes, seller delivery delays, third-party actions, or events outside our control.
Where liability applies, JubaSquare’s responsibility may be limited to the value of the affected order, unless the law requires otherwise.
JubaSquare may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of JubaSquare after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
