If you need help with an order, product, shop, delivery, return, refund, or seller issue, please contact us and include your order number if available.

• Shop or seller questions: Contact us with the seller or shop name.
• Delivery questions: Delivery is normally handled by the seller, but JubaSquare can help you contact the seller or review the issue.
• Return or refund questions: Refunds are normally handled by the seller, but JubaSquare can help support communication and review complaints.

Selling on JubaSquare

To open a shop on JubaSquare, you must contact our team to request a seller account. New sellers cannot open a shop without approval from JubaSquare.

We usually review new shop requests within 5–7 business days. During review, we may ask for business details, contact information, shop location, product categories, delivery areas, and other information needed to approve the seller account.

If approved, our team will help you get started with your seller account, product listings, order management, and seller delivery setup.

What to Include When Contacting Us

• Your full name.
• Your phone number or WhatsApp number.
• Your order number, if your message is about an order.
• The shop or seller name, if your message is about a seller.
• A clear explanation of the issue or request.
• Photos or videos, if they help explain the issue.
